We handle "Power Device Evaluation Probers." The "TS150-HP/TS200-HP" is a manual prober specifically designed for power device measurements, including 10kV withstand voltage testing and 250A (pulse) current measurement. It can be equipped with a thermal chuck system capable of withstanding up to 10kV and operating at 300°C.
